Meet Michele McHall

Michele McHall’s dream of being on the Olympic team in figure skating was shattered when she fell and broke her ankle at age sixteen. She faced the critical decision of whether to continue, which would require dropping out of high school to pursue her dream, or quit. One night she heard the message, “Stop. Expand your life rather than limit it.” This experience was Michele’s fist conscious experience of being guided by her Soul, and she often refers to this decision as breaking up with her first love, and her first experience of transformation.

Michele’s life has continued to be all about transformation and listening for the wisdom within her Soul. Michele had a twenty-five year career in the performing arts, during which she appeared on stage and in films, TV, national commercials, voiceovers for radio, and books on tape. She also wrote, performed, and produced a one-woman show, Amore, Amore. Michele received another life-changing message from her Soul just before walking onstage one night. This message said, “It’s time to awaken people on another stage.”

From 2001-2010, Michele served on the faculty of The Coaches Training Institute, a career path that allowed her to combine her MA in Depth Psychology from the Pacifica Graduate Institute with coaching and leadership so that she might make a more direct impact in people’s lives. In addition to being a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, Michele holds the credential of Master Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation. She has coached hundreds of clients through their own personal and professional metamorphoses.

Michele is now fully committed to awakening the innovative power and presence of the Whole IQ with individuals, couples, entrepreneurs and business leaders. Her intention is to foster cultures that honor the values of innovation, connection, skillful communication, collaboration, sustainability, and the freedom and joy to be unique. At this critical time on our planet, we need great leadership. Michele hopes to give as many people as possible the opportunity to be a great leader in the “evelationary” movement whereby together we evolve, elate, and elevate the well-being and consciousness on the planet in a healthy and positive way. She is currently writing her next book and hopes to have it published soon.
